There are two parking garages: Vail Village or Lionshead Village. They are both free until 4am, then there will be a $35 overnight charge.

There is no parking available to wedding guests at Vail Interfaith Chapel.

Please take advantage of the scenic walking paths around Vail or the free Vail Transportation services.

Cocktail/Semi-Formal Attire

Women: Knee-length dresses, midi dresses, or long dresses are all welcomed.

While the ceremony and reception are inside, cocktail hour is outside, so you may want to bring a light jacket.

Men: Suits or sport coats and dress shoes are encouraged, ties are optional.

Smart Casual/Summer Casual Attire

Women: Sundresses, skirts, or blouses and jeans

Men: Polo shirts, short sleeve button-ups, oxford shirts, khakis, chinos, or jeans

For anyone who wants to keep the party going after the wedding is over, we plan to have an unofficial after party at Shakedown in Vail Village.

Vail weather in July is typically around 70-80 degrees during the day and can get down to 50 at night.

We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater for the evenings & packing a swimsuit for the daytime. At 8,150 feet above sea level, 75 degrees feels very warm!

Our Catholic mass ceremony will be held at Vail Interfaith Chapel (19 Vail Rd, Vail, CO) and the reception will be held at Lions Square Lodge at the Gondola (660 Lionshead Pl #5295, Vail, CO).

You have two options to get to Lions Square Lodge after the ceremony:

1. Take a beautiful 10-12 minute flat walk down the creek path that leads you directly to Lionshead Village.

Flip flops will be available after the ceremony.

Walking Directions: Take a left out of Vail Interfaith Chapel and go left again on West Meadow Drive. When you reach the end of the Vail Health Hospital, take another slight left where you catch the Vail - Lionshead Bike Path and walk down the path until you pass the Gondola. Lions Square Lodge at the Gondola entrance will be to your left (head up the steps towards El Sabor restaurant and you will see direction signs).

Both Apple Maps & Google Maps can direct you as well.

2. Take the In-Town Vail bus for free from the Vail Road stop to Lionshead stop.

We kindly ask that you respond even if you are not attending. We will miss you!

Although we love your children, we have decided to make our wedding an adults only event. The only exception are those in our Wedding Party.

We encourage all the parents to use our celebration as a fun night out!
